Reading for the New Moon on August 16, 2023


Themes of establishing and acts of establishment challenge friends and family into a new ordering. Leadership decisions made beforehand are manifested into new infrastructure and newly guided behaviors of the populace. These create new opportunities of all kinds for everyday people.


There is a lot of activity, and some of it is unpredictable, making it interesting, at least. Some of the activities are directed towards foundational changes so that people get to rely on new, and possibly better infrastructure, both physical and cultural.

There is a lot of interesting and focused conversation, some of it quite fun. Much of it expands possibilities and potentialities.

People are not very careful when it comes to spending, even though they may think they are. It's a time of profligacy and some of it happens by surprise and/or suddenly. And much of the spending and resource usage happens in order to meet the needs and desires of others, especially spouses (and similar) and business partners.

Accountability seems to take a back seat these days.
